Our yoga and meditation offerings are designed to nurture both body and mind, creating space for stillness, balance, and deep connection within. Through gentle, accessible yoga practices and guided meditation, we focus on mindful movement, intentional breath, and restorative relaxation.

Your Instructor

Liz Mooney is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and Mindfulness/Meditation Facilitator offering public classes, private sessions, and offsite experiences.

Registered through the Yoga Alliance and trained in Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga, Liz blends elements of both into a gentle and accessible practice. She focuses on aligning movement with breath and meditation, and weaves mindfulness through each class to create a deeply grounding and nourishing experience.

With a heart for healing, Liz serves as the Yoga & Meditation Instructor at several local addiction treatment centers, providing weekly classes designed to support patients in recovery. She is also a resident Yoga Instructor at Atlas Yoga and Movement where she teaches weekly Gentle Yoga classes.

Liz’s approach creates safe and supportive practices that encourage self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience, helping students find connection within themselves and carry that sense of calm into everyday life.
